The working teams and the collaboration processes, establish outstanding implications for the educational quality. Coordination is a process that implies the usage of strategies of behavior patterns directed to integrate actions, knowledge, and objectives of the interdependent members. Higher education is an appropriate and privileged space for the possibility of developing certain civic competences and develop civic education with intensity. In fact, civic learning is increasingly recognized as important by the higher education. The present research intends to dialogue with relevant approaches about educational improvement, civic education and organizational change.
