Abstract

We review the clinical case of a young female patient , 39 years old, with a lung adenocarcinoma and carcinomatous meningeal . This patient showed a paraneoplasic manifestation with visual loss. The diagnosis was made on the basis of severe blindness, in a second time. The reason was the unglade patient`s clinical.
