Résumé
This work is focused in the study of the limits to the faculty of disposal of those citizens that are owners of goods belonging to the Spanish and Canarian cultural heritage. Those limits have been shaped as rights of preemption and first refusal on the hands of the Public Administration, giving it the chance to protect and control the juridical traffic of these goods.
