Résumé

Canary Islands have a transparency law since 2014. This law warrants active and re- troactive publicity. However, information throughout the Internet doesn’t achieve law standards. Analysis of councils with more than 20,000 inhabitants web pages –done in the I+D+I Infoparticipa Map, funded by CSO2015-64568-R (MINECO/FEDER)- offer a radiography about transparency and information for participation. Just only six out of twenty seven councils keep at least twenty six of the fifty two items. About the rela- tionship with the last analysis in 2015, transparency only improve in six councils webs pages. Besides, two councils with highest rates in 2015 have plummeted their scores.
