Abstract

Scientific-technological praxis has already placed us in a new world and has created as its border a new enveloping contour, although its profiles are diffuse. To move in it, we need interpretive and reflective resources in constant renewal. To understand them, it is necessary to trace their history. Hence comes the investigative work that I report on in this article, following various lines of research covered by Michel Foucault that, in my opinion, are very eloquent. Assuming such assumptions, we must be aware that we are increasingly dependent on artificial intelligence. At the same time, we have to realize that its internal functioning and its applications entail the confrontation with numerous moral and legal dilemmas. For this reason, it is necessary to create solvent scenarios of virtual action and adequate programming so that not only natural intelligence but also artificial intelligence can efficiently face such dilemmas.
