Résumé
La edad del individuo se ha revelado como uno de los rasgos que conducen a comportamientos más diferenciados respecto al consumo de vino. De hecho, los más jóvenes suelen consumir menos y muestran un comportamiento diferenciado entre generaciones. A partir de dos encuestas exhaustivas realizadas en Tenerife en un período de 13 años se realiza un análisis comparativo de carácter exploratorio de los rasgos sociodemográficos, hábitos y preferencias de los consumidores pertenecientes a las generaciones X e Y. Los resultados muestran similitudes entre generaciones y ciertas diferencias respecto a algunos rasgos que resultan de interés para diseñar estrategias de marketing.
