Abstract

In this article we will discuss the relationship of the university with former companies. We will focus on the relationship established with companies that help to our students of Nautical section of the ULL to acquire their professional skills in a real environment and also prepare them to face a working environment. These relationships are vital in the development of the professional activity to which they are going to dedicate their lives, since at least in our degree, the practical part includes almost one hundred percent of the knowledge that we should acquire and the professional activity, is eminently practical and takes place outside the usual environment.
