Judicial trials, cause many reasons, have been not used like historic sources by formers historians. Today, from them, a lot of new notices come to us wich enrichs the studies of our past. In this paper we will study the documents we 2nd in a trial and examples of new facts proceeding from them about the history of sugar in Canary Islands.
