Abstract
In this paper we analyze whether some curricular proposals adapt themselves or not to Van Hiele’s theory on Levels of Geometric thought. We show how these proposals on geometric reasoning can be put into daily practice in Primary and Secondary Education, including some examples of activities which prove it. We also study how Curriculum in Geometry developed in texts which adopt the ideas proposed by MEC in 1970’s L.G.E., do not fit into this theory.
