Abstract
The revival of feminist criticism and the feminist movement around the world with the arrival of the new century has sparked a renewed interest in revisiting feminism's past. The three books presented here, published in English, French and Spanish are the fruit of this interest. Although each of them responds to different objectives and draws on different national historiographical traditions, all three share revealing elements of the current state of historical research on this subject, which are an expression of the incorporation of new historiographical and theoretical approaches into historical analysis.
