Sara Lara Torres is a pre-doctoral researcher hired by the Agencia Canaria de Investigación, Innovación y Sociedad de la Información del Gobierno de Canarias (ACIISI) at the University of La Laguna (ULL). he is conducting her doctoral thesis entitled "New Analytical Methodologies for the Determination of Phytochemical Compounds in Aloe Vera Samples and Derivatives" in the research group of Materials for Chemical Analysis ULL (MAT4LL). She was part of the first graduating class of Environmental Sciences at ULL in 2017. Furthermore, she continued her education at the University of Valencia, where she obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Pollution, Toxicology, and Health. She also obtained a Master's degree in Analytical Techniques for Clinical Laboratories at the Universitat Jaume I and a Master's degree in Secondary and High School Teacher Training, Vocational Training, and Language Teaching at the European University of the Canary Islands. Currently, she is conducting her doctoral thesis and has participated in publications in JCR journals, international, national, and regional research projects, and numerous communications to national and international congresses.
