Abstract

In this study, it is attempted to demonstrate the relevance of entrepreneur initiative work with primary student body and the necessity of provide teachers with new tools and resources in this field. Also, it is reflects, how the methods for promoting the different entrepreneur skills give advantage for the development of the key skills that students should learn and assimilate the end of basic education. Likewise, to test the value of teacher training in participatory methodologies related to entrepreneurial initiative and the need to start this training from the University because these students are the teachers of the future. In order to obtain the greatest accuracy possible in this research, they have used various methods based on the analytical empirical (experience) in measuring and monitoring techniques and applying both quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (direct and participatory observation, experimentation, videos, memories) techniques. Through the case study of Junioremprende Program it demonstrated that the development of entrepreneur talent in primary school encourages the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills and promotes the attainment of key competencies as it has been described by the participating teachers.
