Resumo
In this article we analize teacher's tasks and decisions in order to make an empirical clarification of their work. What we want to know is who makes decisions about the points which are discused and who makes decisions in the context of collegiate governing units. The results show that teachers make decisions adopting a participative strategy. Decisions concerning the educational center and the classroom are maked in a collegiate way; nevertheless, decisions concerning teaching methods are maked mostly at the individual level.
