Résumé

La enfermedad de Parkinson es una enfermedad neurodegenerativa, compleja y crónica. Con ella se produce un deterioro progresivo del sistema nervioso central, en los pacientes que la padecen.Aunque en la actualidad no existe cura, existen muchísimas formas terapéuticas para combatir la sintomatología de la enfermedad en cada una de sus fases y así mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente. Con esta revisión bibliográfica se pretende conocer a través de los estudios realizados, la opción del uso de cannabinoides como posible tratamiento en enfermedades neurodegenerativas, centrándonos en la enfermedad de Parkinson.
