Abstract
New technologies are influencing the way patients acquire medical information and how they communicate with health professionals, both through Medical Webs or Virtual Medical Advice. This should lead doctors to accept the needs of entering the world of Information Society Technologies. In this paper we discuss some communications options and codes of conduct to when exchanging information with patients.
