In this paper we want to present the perspective of the management team of a huge educational innovation project at the University. It is not the same to promote teaching innovation activities in a small group of two or four people than to do it in a group of almost fifteen people who teach different courses, groups and degrees. There are many elements that must converge for these initiatives to succeed. Coordination is a fundamental tool and it´s important that the teaching staff is previously constituted as an educational innovation group. The work of management increases significantly so it is necessary to choose an initiative that particularly motivates the teaching staff : in this case, the promotion of gender equality has achieved that objective.
