Résumé
In finance, the concept of capital is bound to the moment in time in which that capital is available. Knowing the equivalent value in a moment in time of one available capital in other moment in time, is essential. An annuity is a set of capitals. Annuities are used to calculate the equivalent value of a set of capitals at some point of the time axis. The aim of this project has been to improve the identification of the different types of annuities with the elements that must be included in formulae applied to calculate equivalent values. Video game is the tool of choice because it is considered more attractive to students.
