In this paper we present some aspects of the didactic analysis of the algebraic language and its implications in a training proposal of the Secondary teachers. From a brief analysis of the principal characteristics that the new mathematics curriculum posseses, we establish the most meaningful aspects that the didactic knowledge must provide the teacher. We analyze the algebraic language in secondary education from the following organizers: the curriculum context, the algebra contents in capacity terms, the semiotic representation systems, the material and resources, the difficulties, obstacles and mistakes, as well as the modes and teaching situations. We conclude with methodological suggestions, where the organizers of the didactic analysis play a meaningful role for the training of the future teachers.
