Abstract
This work is a study of the backround of D. Manuel Torres y Rico.The article analyzes the paper of the interclasist groups of the society during the Old Regime.This person climbs in the social jerarchy in his burocratical activity, fundamentaly in the Royal Trial of Sevilla.
