Abstract
The post-industrial era has caused important changes in production systems, enterprise organization and workers, so the Labour Law model, and mainly, the contract of employment model has to change to be appropriated to the new labour market. This article analyses all these changes and the new factors that plays the most important roll: globalisation, technological development and workers needs.
