Abstract
This article presents the configuration of fundamental rights by the Constitutional Court of Spain to solve the coflicts between fundamental rights. Our enquiry suggests a theoretical model to solve these conflicts and deals with the constitutional Court decisions in the configuration of the rights regarding to it.
