Abstract
Project of Law regulating Organica of the procedure before the Courts of Penitentiary Monitoring that introduces two fundamental developments, first, to delimit the competitions between the sentenciadores courts and the Judges of Monitoring and second, to establish the procedimientales norms of proceeding.
