Abstract
In this paper the framework of the psychological expert intervention is presented and the more frequent type of proceedings where the intervention is asked for. The main differences and similarities between clinical and forensic psychological report are described, as much inther writen form as in their development, presenting a model of standar expert psychological report for costrating them. Finally, we present four variants of the forensic psychological report that arises of four different fields.
