Abstract
There is no doubt that the adverbs definition as well as their classification display problems which still require more satisfactory answers. Many theories have attempted to determine what these words are and how they work, although their heterogenity constitutes, evidently, a hard obstacle and this paper tries to clarify some of the questions that remain without solution, in order to improve our knowledge of this category.
