Résumé
The president of the govemment has the faculty of dissolute the assembly, such as parlamentary system of the autonomous comunity. There is not legal impeachment to introduce that in the canarian law in force (or canarian statute law) by the ordinary procedure or by reforming the Estatuto de Autonomía. The mandate of the new parliament would have a duration of four years even when the rule of celebrating locals and autonomous elections in the Canaries at the same time would be broken
