Resumo
Today’s structure of the theory of objective imputation consists merely of a group of criteria establishing delimitations or restrictions. Imputations judgements, as well as those related to the result, must be based on positive grounds —not criteria— substantially explaining such statement. This paper outlines possible ways of improving the traditional approach.
