El conocimiento táctico en tenis. Un estudio con jugadores expertos y noveles

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio fue conocer las diferencias existentes en torno al conocimiento táctico de los jugadores de tenis en función de su nivel de pericia. Participaron 6 jugadores de tenis, divididos en expertos (N=3) y noveles (N=3). Para la medición del conocimiento táctico se utilizó un protocolo verbal a través de entrevistas inmediatas tras la acción que posteriormente fueron codificadas. Los resultados muestran que el conocimiento táctico de los jugadores expertos utilizado durante la representación de problemas es más variado y más sofisticado (mayor nivel de calidad en sus respuestas), estableciendo como los tenistas expertos analizan de forma más detallada las condiciones del juego y las acciones que suceden durante el mismo. Estos datos confirman los resultados de estudios precedentes desarrollados en tenis y en otros deportes abiertos.
