Abstract

The study of the civic insecurity requires to pay attention to what happens in the neighborhoods, in these the local movement it presents a permanent fight against the delinquency and of the insecurity. For the neighborhoods these problems degrade the quality of life. We begin with the note of some questions of interest around the juvenile delinquency, the drug and the civic insecurity, and next we open the way to the analysis of the vision of the local leaders on one of the biggest concerns that occupies them. Analysis that is summed up in the following ones remote: the youth’s construction like bound problem to the delinquency and the drug; the causes that are attributed to the situation of the youths; the effects that the deviated juvenile behavior has in the neighborhoods; and, lastly, the action proposals that are made so much from the associations of neighbors as from the academic.
