Abstract
Still constituting the associated work cooperatives a genuine form of participation of the workers in the company, creates the problem to link the determination of the conditions of work with the different types from workers who can be in the cooperative, from the working partners to the contracted workers or, even, the independent workers and, mainly, problems relative to the negotiation from these conditions and the participation of the workers in the determination arise of the same ones.
