Resumo

Purpose: To value the oculars repercutions for treatement with Tamoxifen in women affected of breast cancer. Methods: We evaluated 51 patients postmenopausal women, treated with Tamoxifen affected of breast cancer, during a half time of 35,2 months, half age of 54 years and half dose of 22 mg/day. Results: We observed that to falls dose and with repeated controls the oculars repercutions they're little frequent and little clinic importance. Conclusion: The seccondary effects they're on relation with the dose; we recomended repeated controls for to prevent their appearance.
