Distribución de Acrostira euphorbiae (Orthoptera, Pamphagidae) en La Palma (Islas Canarias)

Abstract
57 locations with Euphorbia obtusifolia on the island of La Palma were visited, in order to find out the distribution of Acrostira euphorbiae (Orthoptera, Pamphagidae). Only 10 of these places at the southwest of the island were occupied by this local endemism, which is included as endangered in several lists of threatened species. The type of vegetation which seems more suitable for this species is discussed, and the population occuring in the reduced, typical location of El Remo is considered as marginal.
