Resum

The objective of the present study is to analyze the trajectory of Spanish women through the educational system. By studying socio-cultural and political characteristics, we attempt to show the models of women at different historic moments. We study the creation of an educational system based on differences and segregation, from the Moyano Law to the LOGSE. To accomplish this we examine the legislation and different approaches to curriculum and how such curricula are established. Because education has been a form of cultural transmission, roles are interiorized and accepted, and become a means of interaction from infancy on.
