Resum
From an extensive review of the literature on environmental performance of the company, the objective of this work is to develop a measuring instrument to confirm the validity of the construct. Applying the Rasch Model can confirm that content validity as well as additional results are drawn equally important, among which include the corroboration of the need for a broader definition, as well as determining the relative importance of different environmental performance attributes of the hotel company.
