Resum

This article tries to reveal that, in addition to the different types of discrimination �wage, occupational, promotional- another source of discrimination exists in the labour market which expresses itself through the social treatment of which is an object the role that traditionally women have played. To participate with some level of success in the labour market -mainly if we make references to the professional elites- women must assume a normative structure where they adopt the adequate behaviours to both the status and the position of the dominant group (masculine role). Although the theory about social stigmatization has had more impact in other fields, it will be used in this case to analyse the behaviours of a social sector (the women) in the area of the company across his own speech.
