Abstract
In this paper we revise the systematic of Juniperus phoenicia aggr. According to morphological, biogeographycal and phytochemical characters we propose the following classification: 1. Juniperus phoenicea L.; 2. Juniperus turbinata Guss.: 2a. subsp. turbinata, 2b. subsp. canariensis (Guyot in Mathou & Guyot) Rivas-Martínez, Wildpret & Pérez de Paz comb. et stat. nov.
