Abstract

Wilkie�s syndrome is a cause of high intestinal obstruction of vascular origin related to a reduction of the aortomesenteric angle. The acquired etiology is the most common. It can be associated to a loss important of retroperitoneal fat, corrective surgery of scoliosis or severe swayback.
