Abstract

Thepossibility that insurance agents can sign contracts economically dependent autonomous worker (TRADE) has been an important development in our legal system, allowing them to enjoy certain additional guarantees manifestly inspired by labour law, which they could not previously access by the traditional commercial nature of this activity. Perhaps the most important of them all is the possibility that they have now to go to the social courts to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the TRADE and his principal client. Anyway, they are not the only subjects involved in insurance mediation can achieve the status of TRADE; also the external auxiliary and counsellors-auxiliary may conclude these contracts when they meet the requirements by law.
