e last aim of this work is to analyse whether the agrofood sector from Canary Islands tend to develop interorganizational relationships (RIs) address toward an SCM approach in Network context, and simultaneously, it has a positive impact on the organizational performance from Agrifood Industry [AI]. e main result has been that most of the firms which apply a SCM approach in Network context, obtain a satisfaction score high. But, despite these results, the predominant government structure among the members of the supply chain is the Average Transaction. we have to highlight that satisfactory interorganizational relationships among the members of the supply chain and the AI are obtained when Sale Logistics and Distribution activities are the main resources employed in relationships with the Lead Customer, whereas Purchase Logistics and Production resources give the best results for relationships with the Lead Supplier.
