Abstract
We are natural beings. We have a power, a «natural right» that has been handed down from the immanence. But we have also given to ourselves a political state and laws product of that natural ability. However, how far does our voluntary obedience to these laws reach? Spinoza left us raised a new way of thinking, a «third kind of knowledge» that may conflict with the previously established agreement. It is the actual construction of the ethical subject that is concerned, as described in this paper.
