In this paper, a case of Sneddon syndrome is presented, which is characterized by the association of reticularis livedo and ischemic brain injury. The prevalence of this syndrome is very low, with an annual incidence of 4 per million inhabitants. The natural tendency of the disease is recurrent cerebral ischemia. Treatment should be directed toward prolonged anticoagulation to prevent progressive neurological impairment and dementia.
