Abstract
The situation is now changing. Desires to satisfy needs and aspirations of individuals increasingly becomes a more difficult task. The new challenges require an innovative restructuring of the parameters in force till now. Citizens increasingly interconnected with their peers is positioned as an active subject of the organization, which inevitably brings her sacrifices for the common good. The limits to freedom of choice are evidence that struggle as higher values of solidarity and human dignity. Individual autonomy serves as a substrate to realize the plans subject's life in society.
