Abstract
Directive 2006/123/CE on services in the internal market, has generated a modification of the juridical regime of the activities of services, so much in quantitative as qualitative terms. Precisely the transposition of the Directive 2006/123/CE has motivated the recent approval of the Law 14/2009, of December 23, which has introduced relevant modifications in the Law of arrangement of the tourist Canary sector
