Resumen

The mineral watcrs of San Anton are situated in the "Barranco de la Virgen", which is part of Valleseco, on the Island of Gran Canary in Spain. The are extracted from the well known as "La Gambuesilla" and are declared "Natural Mineral Waters". There has been a phannacological study about the Central Nervous System through the Irwin test and the Lim test., concluding that the San Anton waters possess a stimulating activity of the Central Nervous System, because it shows the augmentation of spontaneous activity, affectivity and sensori-motor response, and augmenetation spontaneous movements and motor tone.
