Résumé
The deconstruction of permissible risk-taking in Criminal Law shows, on the one hand, the reasons which underlie and make it different from the permissible risk-taking in Administrative Law. On the other hand, it shows the incoherence in its development regarding the different specific criminal offences, as well as good reasons for its coherent development.
