Zusammenfassung
Family Mediation is an effective technique for conflict resolution. It is a new alternative different from the judicial. It is a voluntary process that allows contenders to reach agreement determined by them, and resolve their differences. This procedure, being so recent, is new to most of the population, so is important to analyze what concepts have the students who in the future will be devoted to Family Mediation. For this, we have carried out a study in different faculties of the Universidad of La Laguna which provide such careers, using survey methodology. In this study we present the procedure and results.
