Guidance in University acquire more importance that never in the European Space of Higher Education (ESHE). Now the teachers must guide and tutelary to the students and also they must direct the education and the learning process being based on the autonomous learning of professional and for the life competencies. Guidance in the ESHE is a right of the university student, as it has been revealed in the Student Statute which has been recently published. Guidance must be integrated tin the education and learning process and it will only be possible if the university teachers and the pupils assume a new role, and if the guidance process is organized adequately. In the ESHE the guidance and the Action Tutorial Plan (ATP) acquire great importance. The present article presents the evolution of guidance and the tutorship in the ESHE and shows how to programme, to organize and to apply the guidance process.
