El aprendizaje de competencias directivas en el marco del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior, el caso del Grado en turismo

Abstract

The European Space of Higher Education (EEES) has been created by the aim that the university students learn competencies for the profession and for the development of their vital project. The design of the EEES began with an investigation over of the real demands and needs of the companies and of other institutions, because of it the degree white books include the competencies that can be really useful in the organizations: the EEES constitutes an adjustment of the University to the context. As we will see in the present article, in the EEES it is foreseen that the students of degree in tourism learn managerial competencies, which are so necessary to lead the companies and to obtain the aims of competitiveness that are needed in epoch of crisis.
