Résumé
In this paper, we present a first approach to the agricultural tools used in the Canary Islands, as well as the agricultural spaces of the archipelago during the first century of colonization. We have focused our analysis on the documentation of notarial protocols and council bylaws with the purpose of analyzing the tools that appear in the documents, as well as the rural environment where they were present.
