Abstract
The notion of collective conflict as a starting point is essential in order to analyze the different forms of extrajudicial composition of labor disputes. Its delimitation with respect to the individual will allow the problems that in general have impeded its use, especially in the case of the latter, to be analyzed. The contribution of ideas, drawn from legislation or collective bargaining, may lead to a more widespread use of autonomous solutions, which are aimed at endorsing the old claim of dejudicialization of labor disputes as much as possible.
