Abstract
It is reported a series of four cases of congenital knee dislocation, representing a rare disorder. Early diagnosis is very important for prognosis and it is also very simple. It is mostly associated with intrauterine bad positioning, although it is also related to genetic disorders. In the cases we present it is observable how precocity inthe diagnosis as well as the subsequent benign evolution of the patients stand out. The purpose of this series has been to cluster the cases that had previously occurred in our hospital by reviewing related clinic records, after a recent diagnosis took place.
